expertise, institutional knowledge, and client methodology into scalable systems,
intelligent products, and a more integrated operating model.

Chris brings more than two decades of experience spanning enterprise technology,
revenue operations, business architecture, artificial intelligence, and organizational
strategy.
His career has included leadership responsibility for a $65 million profit-and-loss
operation supporting more than 1,000 cross-divisional, cross-functional professionals,
the development of multimillion-dollar business pipelines, and the design of AI and
automation systems for organizations navigating complex growth and operational
challenges.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and a Master of Business Administration.
He is currently an Executive Doctor of Business Administration candidate at Pepperdine
University, where his research focuses on explainable artificial intelligence, AI
governance, mental models, and how people evaluate complex information when
making consequential decisions.
That combination of operating experience and academic research shapes how he
approaches innovation: technology should not be added to a broken process and called

Chris began working with Brilliant Source Energy as a Fractional Chief Technology
Officer, supporting the development of the company’s data, reporting, automation, and
AI infrastructure.
Through that work, he recognized that Brilliant Source Energy possessed more than a
portfolio of energy services. The company had developed a distinct methodology for
examining energy spend, identifying hidden financial and operational risk, and staying
inside a problem until its true source was understood.
His role evolved into Chief Innovation Officer to help convert that methodology into a
scalable organizational capability.

Chris leads the architecture of Brilliant Source Energy’s data and reporting environment,
AI-assisted workflows, decision-support systems, automation strategy, and emerging
product development. His work is designed to connect the firm’s consultants, auditors,
engineers, analysts, and technical specialists around a shared source of operational
intelligence.
