Our client’s utility bill showed their usage to be accurate, the utility bill system had documented the correct usage and the client’s third-party metering software did not detect any red flags.

However, after we dissected the electric meter’s interval data, we uncovered a metering error and proved every other system of verification wrong.

The error resulted in an $8,000 refund for the client!
